Welcome to this season of the My Gratitude Attitude Podcast. We are entering season 3 and this comes just on the cusp of the podcast’s one year anniversary. I can’t even begin to explain to you how many life changing things that have take place for me since starting on this journey.
I am so grateful and feel very privileged to have had the honour of meeting and interviewing some of the most incredible people, in my opinion, who are changing this world through their commitments to the earth, to humanity and by being grateful along the way. If you haven’t heard season 1 or 2 I strongly encourage you to circle back and check out some of the many amazing episodes that will truly serve up so much motivation, inspiration and of course gratitude.
As we enter into this new chapter in 2020 I want to pause and take a few moments to challenge you about some limiting beliefs that I hope you will leave behind as we move forward.
Consider this - what do you tell yourself about yourself that is keeping you small. What are you telling yourself that is keeping you from potentially missing out on living the life of your dreams?
I challenge you to take some time to really think this through, maybe journal about it and decide what limiting beliefs you’re going to leave behind in the last decade. And instead, what new beliefs about yourself are you going to solidify so that you can be the best possible version of yourself in 2020?
