If you don’t yet know me, please let me introduce myself. My name is Lindsay Lesage and I wear many hats. I am a fairly new mom to my 8 month old baby girl and we live along the shores of Georgian Bay Ontario with my husband and our little Maltese Poodle Jean Luc. I am a French Immersion Teacher, a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and I am also a trained Psychotherapist. I have a lot of experience in the mental health and wellness field and I myself have struggled to cope with my stress response in difficult times which has resulted in anxiety and depression.

The purpose of this podcast is to inspire, educate and have fun with our over arching theme of gratitude.

Be sure to go to http://www.mygratitudeattitude.com to sign up for my newsletter and receive my 5 super easy ways to start a gratitude practice. Also come on over to the My Gratitude Attitude Facebook Group and join in on our discussions, challenges and daily inspiration.

If you know me, you know that I LOVE restorative yoga and meditation. Next to having a gratitude practice, restorative yoga and meditation is my favourite way to change my brain. Join me along with Stephie Massey for the emPOWERed Rest retreat in Hockley Valley. Not only will we have yoga and meditation but world famous chef to the stars Joanne Gerrard Young is coming to teach us about the power of raw food and Megan Marie gates will be performing a beautiful crystal bowl sound ceremony.

Resting doesn’t have to be boring! It can be invigorating and powerful and we want you to learn how to incorporate these life changing practices into your daily life.

Thank you so much for joining me on this very first episode of the My Gratitude Attitude Podcast.
