On today's My Gratitude Attitude podcast, we enjoyed a very deep discussion of holistic healing with Melanie Phillips, a Clinical Ayruvedic Specialist who has studied medicine in the Ayruvedic tradition for over a decade.  Melanie is the co-author of Your Irresistible Life: 4 Seasons of Self-Care through Ayurveda and Yoga Practices that Work and the author of bestselling book: Living After Loss: A Soulful Guide to Freedom.
Melanie helps people to heal and balance the mind, body, spirit connection by using yoga and Ayrudeva, as well as many other natural healing techniques.  In today's conversation, we talked about a variety of concepts and practices that can be used to enhance your quality of life, encourage growth, and promote overall healing in all areas of life.  Using Ayruveda, we can find our own personal way to live a more freeing lifestyle, rid ourselves of self-limiting ideas of who we are, and ultimately liberate ourselves from our eternal suffering.  Using gratitude, we can rewire our mind, body, and spirit connection and find more peace and joy in the moment.  We really appreciated hearing about all of Melanie's ideas and practices, and we hope you dtoo!
